I did one card for two challenges today. The F4A was "Stripes". I created my own striped DP with a backgrounder stamp and VM.
Marie(momof5sons) is our Queen for the Day. What a deserving Queen! She creates wonderful cards and takes the time to leave many kind comments for felow stampers, me included. This all takes time.....and with 5 sons, I marvel that she finds the time!
I "sort of" CASED THIS CARD of Marie's. I have the same image, but changed about everything else.
Congratulations, Marie. Enjoy your week in the spotlight.

Oh Sallie I love how you "fixed" that card! You know that I love that image and I'm thinkin' that DH will be springing for that great punch as his way of honoring me...tee hee! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous sponging and BG - I honestly thought it was DP until I read your description - sweet! Thank you so much for taking the time to CASE one of my cards, my friend! You just rock...Big Hugz!

I just love your card! It's beautiful the way you added brighter color to the image, and kept the background soft. Great punched border too. GREAT card!
